Can you also run software you didn't build?
Yes. We also take over existing installations – after a short assessment so we know what we're getting into.
Do we get a data processing agreement?
Yes, of course. You receive the DPA (data processing agreement) and an overview of all subprocessors (e.g. hosting providers) before we start.
What if we want to take over operations ourselves later?
Then we hand everything over cleanly: access, documentation, backups. We rely on open source and standard technology so you're never tied to us.
Do you offer special rates for nonprofits?
Yes. Get in touch – NGOs and social enterprises receive reduced rates.
